Really like this new phone set. This is our third set of Panasonics with talking caller ID. I like the new ring tones and sound. There are some that sound like a music box and they are a pleasant change of pace. I like them set low for the pleasantness of the sound, however, they are really too quiet to hear at times.There are also some of the standard Panasonic ringtones, and those which sound like regular phone rings. They are louder than the "tunes." There are about 15 rings in all to choose from.

The bluetooth linked up easily with our cell phones and even tells us when we've received a text message, although, of course, you can't retrieve the message from the Panasonic phones. But you can retrieve calls from them. I'm not sure why the instructions say to have the cell phone within about 10 feet of the base. That would be just about useless. Our base unit is upstairs and our cell phones are usually downstairs and they still link.

The display is bright, the buttons are large and well lit - a big improvement over the earlier models. They have a noise reduction button to use if there is a lot of background noise. It seems to work well. A family member often calls from a noisy environment, and it seems much better with these phones, and it's much easier to understand when he is talking than before.

These phones have nearly too many features to even cover in a short review. We are very pleased.
